I offer clinical supervision for RP(Q)s and early-career psychotherapists seeking a supportive and collaborative space to develop their clinical voice. My approach emphasizes reflective practice, ethical awareness, and strengthening case conceptualization skills.
Supervision with me focuses on helping clinicians build confidence with complex cases, navigate professional identity, and deepen their therapeutic presence with clients. I aim to create a supervision space that is thoughtful, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to explore fit.

Theoretical Approach
My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, combining relational, trauma-informed, and client-centered modalities.
Above all, the therapeutic relationship is at the center of my practice. Not only do I establish a therapeutic relationship of trust and safety for healing to occur, but I also utilize the relationship to address recurring relational patterns. I employ EMDR to help clients somatically process trauma and engage in a compassionate relationship with self. I also support children and parents in addressing family dynamics through play therapy and attachment-focused therapy (Theraplay). Lastly, my approach is client-centered as I view the client as expert of their own experience.
Additionally, I work from a holistic perspective that views the balance of the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of self as key to wellbeing. I also utilize an anti-oppressive and feminist framework that examines structural inequalities, discrimination, and intergenerational trauma.
