About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and I have been practicing in the field for 13 years. I obtained my M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from OISE, University of Toronto, in 2014. Most of my work experience lies in supporting the urban Indigenous community of Toronto. My passion for psychotherapy has driven me to take specialized training in trauma therapy and play therapy.
I first became interested in psychotherapy through my own healing. Sitting in the client's chair across from a caring therapist was one of the first times I felt truly "seen". As I believe greatly in the concept of the wounded healer, I continue to do my own healing work not only for my personal growth but also for the benefit of my clients and colleagues.

To maintain professional accountability, I am a longstanding member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and I participate in regular clinical supervision. I have also completed the CRPO requirements for providing clinical supervision.
Growing up on the West Coast of Canada, I have a deep appreciation for nature and living a balanced lifestyle. I enjoy running, cycling, scuba diving, singing, dancing, model trains, and travel. I am of Western European and Armenian descent. I am an advocate for and a proud member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
